Our Story
About This Venue
Steeped in history and character, the recently-Opened One28 Doors was built in 1963 and is surrounded by the delightful farming township of Swan Hill. Located 3 .5 hours from Melbourne our unique, family-owned business allows couples looking for freedom and beauty to plan a wedding that tells their own love story. Our couples have the option to exclusive access to the entire building and grounds and can host a ceremony and cocktail reception of up to 300 guests (250 sit-down inside and out).
Due to the unique nature of the property there are a number of reception options including the small intimate conference room houghtfully-layed out courtyard with the most beautiful brick fire place and landscaped front gardens under the shade of the beautiful trees, the main room basking in local history and natural light, or the back courtyard with wood fired-heating, its own private bar, seating and open green space.
